About Us
Central Island Airsoft had its early beginnings as a small group of friends playing airsoft at the old Cassidy Speedway just south of Nanaimo when it was used as a paintball field. Since then we have grown and attracted new players into the sport, and hope to continue to do so in the future! We are a non profit club, and any money we do generate threw events and large game days goes back into the field we play on. We are not into politics (whether that be airsoft "forum warfare" or the vomit the government spews), we are into playing airsoft.
We believe in fair play, and promoting our sport in a way that invites new players to come and join us and not feel intimidated. We are more then willing to provide you with the information you need to get started. Many players have had lots of experience in airsoft, and there is much to be learned by interacting with these players over our forum. There is lots of pictures in the airsoft media section to give inspiration, and we are more then happy to help you out with all the information you need to get out in the field and enjoy airsoft in a responsible safe environment!
